After more than 20 years helping people recover from knee pain, I created this program to make rehabilitation feel clearer, calmer, and far less overwhelming — especially for people who feel stuck or unsure what to do next.

Knee recovery isn't always linear. Flare-ups can happen. This program is built for the ‘bad days’ too — helping you adjust load safely, keep moving confidently, and continue progressing over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I have access to Kirsty during the programme if I have questions or concerns?

Yes — absolutely. This is not a self-serve exercise library where you are left to manage things alone.

Throughout the 12-week programme, you’ll have regular access to Kirsty Harris, an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist, through weekly live Q&A sessions and via the Q&A Hub, where you can ask questions, discuss concerns, and gain expert guidance relating to your recovery.

These sessions are designed to provide ongoing clinical support, help build confidence, and ensure you feel guided throughout your rehabilitation journey.

If you cannot attend live, recordings will always be available to watch in your own time.

The programme has been designed to combine the flexibility of online rehabilitation with the reassurance of ongoing expert physiotherapy support.

Do I need to complete forms before starting?

Before starting, you’ll complete a quick safety check (which takes under a minute) to make sure the program is appropriate for you.

Your full clinical baseline (strength tests and outcome measures) is completed later if you decide to continue into the full program.

Do I need a referral to join?

No — you do not need a referral. This is a physiotherapist-led self-referral program designed for people with ongoing knee pain, arthritis or post-operative recovery.

Is this suitable if I have arthritis or “wear and tear”?

Yes. Progressive strengthening is one of the most effective ways to improve knee function and reduce symptoms in osteoarthritis.

Is this suitable after knee surgery?

In many cases, yes — depending on your stage of recovery and your consultant’s guidance.

What if my knee flares up during the program?

Flare-ups can happen — and they’re common during rehabilitation.

You’ll learn how to manage flare-ups and adjust your load appropriately when needed.

How much time do I need each week?

Most people complete 3 exercise sessions per week, each around 40 minutes including the warm-up and cool-down.

There is also a weekly live Q&A session, which you can attend live or watch later as a recording.

Do I need any equipment?

For the initial 7-day access, you’ll only need simple household items such as a chair, step or stairs, and light weights (which can be substituted with items you already have at home).

If you choose to continue into the full 12-week program, a resistance band will be included in your welcome pack and introduced from Week 2 onwards.

The exercises are designed to be practical, safe and achievable from home.

What if I'm not confident with technology?

That’s absolutely fine — many participants would not consider themselves tech-savvy.

The platform is designed to be simple to use and clearly structured. You can pause, rewind and replay exercise videos as needed.

Once you enrol and complete the short onboarding, you’ll have access to a structured dashboard showing exactly what to do each week.

Is this personalised to me?

The program follows a structured 12-week pathway, with clear guidance on how to adjust exercises to your current level and symptoms.

Weekly Q&A sessions allow you to ask questions and receive expert guidance.

How quickly will I see results?

Results vary depending on symptoms, consistency and medical history.

Many participants begin noticing improvements in pain, confidence and movement within the first few weeks.

Strength and long-term function typically develop progressively across the full 12 weeks.

What if this doesn't work for me?

Every knee is different. The program progresses gradually and includes outcome tracking, so you can clearly see how your knee is responding.

If it becomes clear during onboarding that the program is not appropriate for you, you’ll be advised before starting.

Will I be automatically charged after seven days?

No. You will only be asked to make payment if you choose to continue after the initial 7 days.

What if I have other questions before joining the programme?

You’re welcome to email [email protected] and we aim to respond as quickly as possible, certainly within 1 working day.

Please note we can’t provide individual medical advice by email.

A structured onboarding process ensures the program is appropriate before you begin.
